Dr. Regan draws from several evidence-based approaches to therapy, namely Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He seeks to develop an empathetic, supportive, and affirming professional relationship with clients, so they are motivated to tackle life’s challenges from a fresh and renewed perspective.
